Ranking Tournaments

That's a question most of us have as our kids start playing at a competitive level. Let me try to answer this: For BAI ranking tournaments, the youngest national ranking category is U-13. Here's how to get started: 1. Check your child's eligibility BAI's U-13 category is for players under 13 years of age, with the applicable age calculated as per BAI's reference-date rules. Find Ranking tournaments Check the official BAI tournament calendar for upcoming Ranking Tournaments under events section of BAI website. https://www.badmintonindia.org/ 3. Check the tournament circular before entering The individual tournament circular will confirm the date-of-birth cut-off, entry process, venue, dates and other eligibility requirements. 4. Get a BAI Player ID Players participating in BAI events need to be registered through their affiliated State/Unit.
