The Ranking Circuit
AITA's junior circuit mirrors the senior system across four tiers. Junior Talent Series (TS): entry-level events for beginners — the correct starting point. Junior Championship Series (CS): the main junior ranking tier, held across India. Junior National Series (NS): national events for established state-level juniors. Junior Super Series (SS): the premium junior tier. Age is determined as of January 1st of the tournament year — a player who turns 14 in any month of 2025 competes in U-14 for all of 2025. After the Junior National, top U-18 performers receive AITA backing for ITF Junior circuit events (ITF J60 through J500 Grade). AITA uses Junior National performance to select India's teams for the Asia-Pacific Junior Team Championship and ITF Junior Davis Cup.
