What a rank opens and closes

Junior tournaments in India run in levels, easiest first:

1. 1.Talent Series — the entry level — where most players start
2. 2.Championship Series — the next step up, run state by state
3. 3.Super Series — national-level events, harder to get into
4. 4.National Series — the level below the national championships
5. 5.Nationals — the national championships
6. 6.ITF Junior — international junior events

Under 18 runs no Talent Series events, and Championship Series has no ranking bar — so every level here is open to enter at any rank.
