Junior tournaments in India run in levels, easiest first:

3. 3.Super Series , national-level events, harder to get into
4. 4.National Series , the level below the national championships
5. 5.Nationals , the national championships
6. 6.ITF Junior , international junior events

Under 18 runs no Talent Series events, and Championship Series has no ranking bar, so every level here is open to enter at any rank.
